The WONDERWALL barbell holder serves as a strength trainingstation. It expands conventional barbell training with a variety of functional exercise options for the shoulders, back, legs, arms and torso. A vertical and a horizontal joint, as well as an axis, allow the barbell to be moved continuously in all directions.
Like all WONDERWALL applications, the holder is simply fixed in the rail system using a lever and can be moved as required.
