The Pull-up bar offers a wide range of applications thanks to the lockable Multi Boom mounts. It can be fixed at different mounting heights and can therefore be used for more than just classic pull-ups. Power bands make pull-up exercises so much easier that almost anyone can complete a training-relevant number of repetitions.
Mounted at hip height, the bar enables pulling exercises from a squat position. It can also be used as a support bar. When mounted at abdominal height, a safe area is created in which the patient or exerciser can position themselves. This flexibility opens up numerous training options for different fitness levels and training goals.
