Short stretching roller - ideal for stretching the extremities and cervical spine

Active stretching increases the range of movement of the joints, warms the muscles, increases body awareness and contributes to a general improvement in mobility. After sport, prolonged stretching also relaxes the muscles.

The WONDERWALL Stretching Roller combines the versatile application possibilities of the BLACKROLL STANDARD with the unique advantages of the WONDERWALL. The Stretching Roller is firmly fixed and, unlike the fascia roller, cannot be rotated on its own axis. This makes it ideal for extended stretching sessions that relax the muscles and improve general mobility.

Screws, bolts or dowels are not required. Like all WONDERWALL adaptations, the Stretching Roller is simply fixed vertically or horizontally in the rail system with a lever and can be moved around as required. This enables versatile stretching in all areas of the body.
