WONDERWALL Barbell Holder

The WONDERWALL barbell holder serves as a strength training[-]station. It expands conventional barbell training with a variety of functional exercise options for the shoulders, back, legs, arms and torso. A vertical and a horizontal joint, as well as an axis, allow the barbell to be moved continuously in all directions[-].

Like all WONDERWALL applications, the holder is simply fixed in the rail system using a lever and can be moved as required.
